Most OP Bleach Brave Souls ★5 Team Combinations:
Grimmjow + Yachiru + Orihime - Grimmjow is known to be the most powerful with one of the highest attacks, Yachiru has a long range attack and can heal herself, Orihime can heal everyone in her special and has a mixture of both attacks
Mayuri (SuperhumanDrug) + Kenpachi (Kendo) + Unohana - Mayuri has a good mixture of attacks with a paralyzing special, Kenpachi has a good slow but extremely strong attack, and Unohana has amazing kido and can heal
Ichigo (Mask) + Uryu (Sanreishuto) + Ikkaku - Ichigo's mask version has improved stats and stronger attacks than his original, Uryu has amazing multi hit bow strong attacks, and Ikkaku has incredible power in his bankai form
Aizen + Byakuya (Historical) + Soi Fon - Aizen has a mixture of attacks plus a confusion cast, Byakuya (not yet in global) is most strongest version of any Byakuya yet uses his sword, Soi Fon has quick hand to hand combat with Shunko special
Neliel + Nnoitora + Szayel - Neliel is quick with cero and a her long range special, Nnoitora has many multi hits with his special being one too, Szayel has a mix of attacks and a full screen poison effect in his special move
Urahara + Yoruichi (Past) + Tessai (Past) - Urahara has an extra hit and the longest range kido along with his sword, Yoruichi can Shunpo three consecutive times along with strong hand to hand combat, Tessai shoots twice the amounts of kido and casts fire
These are too me and what I've seen to be many others strongest characters. The characters can be switched around in any team this is what I thought were good combinations. None of these specific teams are what I have because like having my favorite characters as teams. If you have any other strongest characters/teams add on to the thread.

Mayuri (SuperhumanDrug) + Kenpachi (Kendo) + Unohana - Disagree. There are a lot better combinations than these 3. While Mayuri is solid, his range is a little short. Kendo Kenpachi shouldn't be on ANY good pvp teams. He is decent in pve, has good stats but his attacks is really too slow, unfortunately. Unohana is underrated sometimes, but throw in a Tessai and you do not need her anymore. Besides, if you really need a healer, NY Orihime is so much, ten times better at least.

I've been reading reviews for the new Byakuya and the consensus seems to be that he is god pve status but in pvp he is above average at best. Soi Fon is the lowest tier in pvp, please, please do not use her. Her range is short even though she hits fast, but she's usually one of the first to be eliminated.
Unfortunately, there are only a few top tier PVP characters in this game. Yachiru, Grimmjow, Szayel, Aizen, both Tessais, Original Byakuya, New Year Byakuya, WD Toshiro, Nel can be decent, etc. Outside of this pool, there are too few characters that you can use if you are talking about "Best 5-star teams"
Just to add, looking at your teams you suggested, you seem to be a fan of Unohana. Unohana is underrated in pvp, she's quite decent but we are talking about BEST teams here. NY Orhime is a much better healer. And even if she is unobtainable now, Tessai is so much better. And talking about best PVP teams, always try to avoid characters that use hand to hand combat because they have extremely short range.

red genryusai and kendo kenpachi are both pretty decent pvp characters
kendo's attack speed might be a bit slow, but when his hits do connect they deal a fairly large amount of damage

I was doubting Soi Fon especially out of these but I thought as for a meele character she was good especially compared to technique Genryusai. Kendo Kenpachi is slow but I've had a pretty good experience with him myself. But your points are good.
